Nashua Mobile
The small print

My mom has just called me in tears to explain that my sister had a cell phone bill of R1300 last month and R2386 this month. She could not understand as she set a limit of R150 when the contract was taken out. She told my sister that she could use the phone and she would never run a high bill as it would be cut at R150. Well, good idea Nashua mobile! Change the limit without informing the customer.. and it worked. So congrats, you will get more money from a single mom (widow) with 4 children and on a teachers salary. These bills will be 20% of our monthly income next month, but yes, you have the right to change the limit in the small print. I personally think that every right comes with a responsibility and in this situation it is to find out if the customer approved the limit change. The limit was changed to R800 without any notification yet both bills exceed this so called 'limit'. The contract ends in July 2014 and does our relationship with you. I write this through tears as who knows where we will find this money?
