Unable to reach anybody at Vodacom to talk to

I purchased e " nightowl package that is supposed to cost me R250.00 a month, but is costing me R900.00 a month i try to phone, but only reaches a computor generated voice that prompt me to press countless number and options and only costing me more money in the process
in the first two months this has cost me R 7000.00, but has now stabelised at about R900.00 instead of the R250.00 it is "supposed " to cost me, this is a complete and blatant RIPOFF!!
