No response is costing me money

I've posted the following email to PnP via their contact us web page

"To who it may concern

On the 26/06/2013 my wife purchased our monthly groceries at the Kenilworth store a total cost of R2889.48, this month I reviewed my credit card statement, and noticed that this amount was placed on our budget account without the cashier even asking my wife, this means I'm now paying 17% interest over six months on my groceries.

We never buy groceries on budget this makes no sense, please advise how you plan on resolving this issue, as your mistake is costing me money."

I've had no response yet, thus I will be contacting either my lawyers, consumer protection, or the policy for this blatant that is costing me money to rectify the matte
