Incompetent consultants

I have since the past week being calling 808, contract customer support its been up-to a week now in which my query hasn't been resolved and this is after multiple, long calls. The first consultant I spoke with is by name [Email Removed] call Ref:1056 9922 9 (this was regarding incorrect billing), and call ref:1055 8796 9 (this was in regard to putting a phone back on network). I had to call again after couple of days cause the promises made were not fulfilled- I then got to speak with [Email Removed] who explained to me I have to wait 3days regarding call ref:1055 8796 9 to be resolved. After waiting for such days - I got to call this morning and spoke again with [Email Removed] who explained to me the status on this query have not been processed and gave me reason that the previous consultant has not been to work and only he can help with the matter, I asked him in such case what should i do as a customer and he instructed straight up that I can log a complain on "HelloPeter". I am very disappointed with such service, as all the mentioned consultants failed to reassure me as a customer, and failing on promises made proves incompetence and is unprofessional.
