Payment was made on the 5th of April, copy of medical certificate from the department of health was send to [Email Removed] [Email Removed], [Email Removed], [Email Removed] Spoke to Tebogo on 15-04-2013 and she advised that after the package was cleared it was accidently shipped to the government storage.. after payment was made on the 05-04-2013 and medical certificate supplied.
Spoke to Charlene TODAY the 19-04-2013 and she asked me to hold on but I got transferred to Angela who promised to call me back, I'll wait and see if I get a call back.
I am extremely disappointed in your service and once this has been resolved I will no longer make use of your extremely bad service...
