One of your employees at the Sandton City branch cancelled my cell phone number/contract without my permission or any signed document from me after I went in to get a sim swap done and mentioned that I had thought about cancelling my contract with Nashua Mobile because of the terrible service. I was Unaware of this until it actually happened and my cell phone just stopped working. The manager at Sandton City then assisted and managed to somehow get my number back and activate it, because of her great service I thought I would let unjust/improper/ cancelation of my line slide. Fast forward to 2 months later and I have just had R 4400.00 deducted from my account for an early termination fee??? I called in yesterday and was informed that somebody would get back to me and nobody has. I have also replied to your sms service saying the service is terrible and nobody has contacted me from that either? I need a response, a reaction and that money back in my account immediately. The service from Nashua Mobile is constantly below par and this has just pushed you to rock bottom in my books.
