STILL WONT STOP BILLIN EVEN AFTER CONTRACT IS OVER

I signed my termination contract in April. Today is 30 June and I'm still getting charged. I've already made this complaint here and someone called over two weeks ago to tell me they'll get back to me but never did. I'm absolutely fed up. I called Nashua mobile branch in Sandton city to complain about this. They told me I must call the accounts department which I did. But everyone tells me they'll get someone to call me which never happen. So I stopped my debit order. Nashua has now suspended my service. Now I can't make calls or surf the web. I went into Nashua mobile branch yesterday to complain. They told me my termination contract was declined. Yet no one bothered to notify me about it for 3 months. This is highly unacceptable. No one at the branch can adequately explain why it was declined. The manager, Dikeledi was most unhelpful.
