Yahclick service - what service?

Last night I ran out of my download allowance. Trying to access the Yahclick end user portal to activate a token I was greeted with the message "We're sorry, but your site is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Next logical option is to phone the service centre so that they can activate it. Answer to our IT Technician who phoned is that there is unfortunately only one service engineer on duty and he is busy with another customer at the moment. Our IT technician gave them the details to activate the token... not done. He then phoned several times but the answer is that the ONE AND ONLY service engineer is still busy with the other customer. Eventually a Ruan phoned our IT technician telling him that the service engineer Aubrey is still on the call but will phone our technician back as soon as he is done. We are waiting for that call back still now which is 12 hours later. He must have been very very busy with that other customer! Also, until now no token was activated. Luckily the user portal is now working so I could activate it myself. I can assure you, if these two employees worked for my company they would be jobless from today!!
