Telkom has no idea what is customer service is firstly we apply for broadband internet access with a telephone line installation. pay our R700 deposit then just to be informed that Telkom does not have the infrastructure in Rustenburg to provide me with this service. no to get my money back i get passed from one person to another and still i don't have my money back. I then requested telkom to offer me another service and was phoned by a gentleman offering me the LTE service. we did not receive any communication from telkom with this regard and this morning when i phoned i was informed by the sales consultant that no order for the LTE service has been logged for us.
this is just pathetic
