False promise on contract upgrade

I went to Cell C at cresta and was assisted by Nelson Kgokane with an upgrade, he alleged that I will have the same benefits I had on my old contract as with the upgrade, BIS would not be included, he assured me that this will only commence on the 9Th of July 2013, when the new contract and package will start and that for now until then, I can enjoy the full benefits of my old package. To my surprise, I get a call saying I owe R1, 056.30, which I have never been billed ever since from Cell C, I contacted Mr. Kgokane via e-mail to dispute this, to my surprise, he is denying the fact that he said I can still have the full benefits of my BIS for the 3 months or so left on my old package, there were data bundles loaded which I knew nothing about and which I never had, he said once the July date approaches, I must come in to arrange for a limit to be put on the account for data charges. This is very distasteful, because in his responses, its as if I am a and making up my own stories, no ownership or remorse and to top it all, my phone was suspended with no one telling me why this was done. In my two years with Cell C, this is the first time I get such illtreatment. someone help!!!
