I upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung S4 in November and when I did the telephonic upgrade, the agent Linda Kumalo did not tell me that once my phone is activated that I will be billed immediately. I was supposed to get 1GB of data free and I thought that I could start roaming on the internet and that the 1GB would cover it. Imagine my surprise when I checked my account online and saw that within a week it had gone up to over R2000.00. I started calling the 0821959 number only to be passed from pillar to post and back again.
Eventually I got through to Vuyokazi who promised to sort out my billing query. She also noted that my 1GB of data was never activated. Got no response for a few days and called again. Couldn't get hold of her and so went back to Linda who sold me my upgrade. She also confirmed that the GB has not been activated as yet. Suggested I email [Email Removed] which I did and got 1 response from Vuyokazi that they are working on it.
Sent a 2nd request a few days later with no reply (although it seems everyone reads the mail) and sent another a few days after that with no reply received. The money has since been taken from my bank account!!!
