I was told my phone would need to go into repairs for 21 working days (to fix the wifi function).
Last week Monday I called Norwood Mall Cell C to inform me when they have a loan phone for me to use.
They assured me they had put my name down. Not having heard from them by Wednesday, I called again, again they assured me that they had my name down and would let me know once they had one.
I called, YET AGAIN, on Friday, they said they still didn't have one, but they have my name down and I would be the first to get one when it comes in.
I went in on Monday (yest) and they informed me that they had just given out their last loan phone. Hmm interesting since I didn't take any of them and was definitely first on the list. The HIGHLY incompetent manageress said she would have one for me this morning. Guess what?! She was not there and "Forgot" to tell the current manager. He said he would sort something out for me by 11:30. Haven't heard from them.
I'm NOT prepared to take a loan phone that does not have whatsapp and email, as I am not permanently in my office and cannot run my business if I don't have this.
Now what on earth am I supposed to do now!!
