I have logged a claim for a damaged cell phone on Monday 09-12-13 as Barrington was not available on Friday the 06th. I called yesterday which was 4 days later for progress and was advised that the claim will be finalized before the end of the day. I have sent (Vanitha) the lady responsible for claims numerous emails to no avail. I called this morning and spoke to (Lesley) who is apparently the manager, who assured me feedback. Immediately after that Vanitha sends me an email asking for a photo of the cell phone or invoice. I sent that to her after 09:00 this morning. I called Lesley at 13:00 and she assured me feedback. It is now after 14:00 Friday afternoon and I still have not heard anything from anyone. This is completely unacceptable. It is the long weekend and I will be without a cell phone again. A cellphone claim cannot take more then 5days unless it's in for repairs. I have been waiitng this long for feedback only. How pathetic is that. I will be cancelling my policy as well.
