A company call afrimedia has deducted money from my account on the 15 October 2013 which was R99 and R299 on the 30 October 2013, this is done through a company called Stratcol Ltd. I call their call centre but the number were not in use. I found another number here on hellopeter i called and spoke to a consultant called Lusan Thaver, which am sure this is not her real name as she hesitated when i asked to spell her name and surname. I asked for an explanation, she said i must have signed for a holiday voucher, i told I have never signed for such a thing and I want my money back. She said I must go to the bank to reverse the transaction, I told her I want a refund as the reversal is going to cost me, she said there's no other way. I asked her for a physical address of this Afrimedia she said she does not know their offices and she is only working at the call centre when I asked her for the call centre address she dropped the phone. This Afrimedia must be investigated as these people are criminals. Maybe NPA should do something about this. am also going to write to them.
