I had initially take two phones in to Cresta repair centre. after being informed that the phones where repaired and ready for collection I went through and collected the phones only to come home and find out that the phones still did not work 100%, I contacted Wade who arranged for the phones to be collected from my home to go back in for repairs. After being told again that the repairs had been completed I went back in to collect the phoines> Only to find out that the phones were now given more problems. I eventually contacted the CEO of Vodacom via email who just ccd me on the mail that he had forwarded to Lindi Dhlamini> Note the CEO did not take the time to respond directly and apologise nor address the matter. Lindi arranged for the phones to be collected yet again and provided me with loan phones. I informed Lindi that one of the loan phones had a problem with the screen> Lindi telephonically made the assumption that I had created water damage on the loan phone and she held me responsible> Theratened that I will pay and saying to me when I refused to pay for damages on loan phone "WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT! " The matter continues! Not enough space> I have all correspondes on emai
