Cellphone delivery failure

I have applied for a cellphone contract with fin-capital, send through all the needed documents, and was told i have been approved and will receive my phone on tuesday since i was debited for my connection fee on friday.
on wednesday i called the agent asking for an update of what is happening because i did not receive it, she said to me the despatch lady said she will call me to confirm the delivery add`ress, which did not happen until today.
i have send many emails to Mpho, who still promised the phone is on its way to me. tried to call the office number asking for her, and there was no answer from her. and her email had an out of office reply that she is coming back to work on the 6th.
today when i finally got through to her on the phone, asking her what is happening, she told me i should come to their offices to get the phone.
then she later put me through to the despatch where there was o answer untill i put the phone down, dialed again for her, and was transferred without an answer again.

so this is the service i am paying for.
