The only way to get any sort of help, assistance, attention or results from Telkom is to post on hello peter. so here I am once again frustrated annoyed and seriously at a loss! I have cancelled my lines with Telkom about 4 times since july, every call centre agent promises to take care of it and not one does I have sent countless emails and begged different agents to help assist. WHY IS NO ONE WILLING TO HELP ME!!! yet ill get many bills and sms telling me my account is in arrears. ITS IN ARREARS BECAUSE WE WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS CANCELLED IN JULY!!! AND AUGUST! AND SEPTEMBER! AND OCTOBER! please sort this matter out urgently
