CANCELLED BUT STILL BILLED?

Hi, I cancelled my contract/account with Telkom on the 7th of September (Ref TOC450930330) but am still being billed. The last agent I spoke to (Zizo) advised that the last payment would be in October. Can this be escalated - we moved house in October and the new property does not even support Telkom lines so I would like this sorted out as soon as possible. Thank you
