Spoke to phyllicia gqamane on the vodacom call centre. Not only did she not now her own products but she put me on hold and i overheard her supervisor tell her to brush me off and tell me she cant help me. Never have i spoken to such an ignorant call centre person who doesnt even know how to operate a phone
