Bad Attitude & Terrible Customer Service from Benj

COMPLAINT Mr Price Home: Brooklyn Mall - Pretoria

I went this morning to the store, asking for either Riana or Benji.

Oh my goodness, what terrible service. Benji walked up to me, didn't even bother to greet at all. Didn't asked if he can help me whatsoever. I informed him for what I was there. He looked at me with a blanked expression on his face, saying he doesn't know anything. Benji didn't offer any further assistance at all. I then said to him call then Riana and asked her. He then walked slow-feet to the counter picking up te telephone.

By this time I knew this is a dead end and that Benji doesn't have a clue of customer services and I left the shop.

My questions to you Mr Naidoo:

1. Who is paying my petrol to the mall from my house;
2. Who is paying my parking money which I had to pay;
3. Who is paying me for my time which was wastes?

Really, the service at this store. Benji shouldn't be working with clients at all. They look at you as if the cat drag something smelling in the store.

As I requested Friday, I need three (3) of these items.
