Incorrect information provided to close deal

In September 2012 I went to the Three Rivers branch to apply for a contract. The lady who has assisted me offered the phone that I have taken then asked whether I wanted to opt for Insurance. I then said the only reason why I would take insurance was in case my phone had to go in for repairs and the insurance would provide me with a loan phone. The lady then said YES the insurance will cover it.

Guess what. I just went to the Alberton, Bracken City Autopage and I was informed that it is not covered and I will be without a phone for 3 - 5 weeks.

I want this contract cancelled with immediate effect and I will not be paying anything to have it cancelled. I want nothing more to do with Autopage. I have had enough.

A manager can phone me only if you have feedback regarding the cancellation of the contract AND since I haven't claimed anything on the insurance I want a refund of ALL the payments towards the insurance since inception of the contract.
