Words can not tell how I feel about the service I got from MTN call centre tonight really poor. I was trying to do sim swop tonight 6 call agents no help I know security meassure must be tight the ask me when I lost the phone I give them all the details 6 times system decline my sim swop. Every call agent tell me a different story either my sim card is faulty or wrong information I need to go to police station. At the background it is so noisy you can hardly hear the agent some agent like Tebogo sound like they drunk and sleeping on duty ke mathatha a serious MTN i dont think after this poor horrible service I will still use MTN shame I am sorry NO SIM SWOP done after 6 calls 0736100320 can anyone help
