I've been due for an upgrade on my Cell C contract. After i've received my new handset, I am awaiting an agent to activate my sim swop. Forget to call the call centre - they never answer!!!
Forget to sms or e-mail the call centre - you only receive a automated reply!
In the meantime, my bbm and WhatsApp has been de-activated and I have to sms - my call charges are sky high currently!
A call centre agent called me yesterday (after a week) and said that she's the wrong person, she would ask someone from sim swop department to call me - i am still waiting!!!
NO SERVICE!!!
