I have a contract with autopage it was on control chat 100, when i had to upgrade the lady told me that that the BIS is included, so i took the straight up 50, then the problems started i had to phone them every month and still nothing happened, so i spoke to bryce and promised me that i wouldn't have to phone them again, so i thought everything was fine, i have to load airtime every month for my bbm to work, and then again the problem still wasn't solved, when i phone they put me thru from one person to another, then i have to explain everything all over again. it costing me money to phone them and getting nowhere, i have never had so much complications with a cellphone contract. i upgrade last year November, why am i paying if i have to load extra airtime every month for bbm to work, then they still charge me for bis as well, i hate this contract, Ive had family aswel who wanted to go to auto page for contracts, so i rather send them to vadacom or somewhere alse, i will not be upgrading with them again. id rather take my contract straight to cellc.
