I bought a prepaid data bundle on 2 Nov 2012 (2 GB per month for 12 months).
On 28 Oct 2013 my connection was cut off.
The call centre referred me to the store where I bought the package, saying that they could not cut me off
When I visited the store on 01 Nov they told me that they had not cut me off as they cannot do it.
The call centre gave me a ref no 3102803022 on 28 Oct and promised I would be contacted within 24 to 72 hours. It is now a week and nobody has contacted me.
