I took out a contract in October 2011 and now want to switch over to prepaid. I sent an email to notify about this cancellation in beginning of October, have the email to show. When I phoned this morning my contract is still active. They put me through to the cancellations department, but after 15 minutes my phone cut out due to running out of airtime. I still have an active unneeded contract. What else can I do to cancel my contract???
