My phone just stopped working!!!

My blackberry 9790 bold stopped working on the 30 October 2013. the message that was on my phone was sim card rejected, so i went to do a sim swop the 31 october 2013. When i put my New sim card in my phone it said PHONE NOT ALLOWED MM6. then i phoned the data call center and they said i should do a system upgrade. i took it in and done a software upgrade and still that did not work. Now to find put that my phone is BLACKLISTED! i cant use my phone at all dont know why. i want to know what is wrong with my phone and how this is going to be fixed??
