I completed all the relevant paperwork to sign for a Neotel WIFI Deal. It was telephonically confirmed. I never received any information in writing confirming the rate, the billing information etc. Courier arrived (unannounced) with completely the wrong goods incorrect personal details on application form to sign. (except my banking details) I declined the offer, phoned Neotel to cancel the order as I did NOT sign any form of paperwork. Two days later I received an SMS with a R00.00 Billing information from them. It took me THREE long weeks of sending them email to ensure I get a cancellation email from them. On the 12th Sept I received an email with a cancellation Confirmation No SREQ_100536782. On the 1/11/2013 they debited my Nedbank account with R903.71!!! They do not have ONE signed piece of paper from me. This is!!! How are they allowed to just debit my account without my permission??? Is this not completely illegal?? Now they can only reimburse me when they do their next batch of invoicing. This is completely unacceptable! I have spoken to Caroline who promised me a certain Mr Beckie would call me back today. I have not heard anything from anybody!
