Went to take a contract was advised there a bill outstanding from my previous contract which I paid straight away, they adv it would take 24 hours for some lock to uplift so I could get my new phone, from Sunday to Thursday this week all I have heard is from David Instore and nhlanhla ntudeni from the legal dept, nhlanhla told me today I could fetch my phone as everything is sorted, today I get to mtn an David tells me I must wait till Monday because I must go through the hole process again due to funds outstanding from a year ago that I was. Not once notified about, you people have my address why not send me a bill you had a year to do so now I must put up with an run a round like a headless chicken becasue I wanna bring my money an business back to mtn, is the name mtn offer a lying service to customers now a days, I doubt it buy your employees Instore an by your legal dept think so can somebody contact me to sort this out ASAP otherwise I will take this matter further as I'm higly connected with the newspapers! An I can gaurentee mtn would not enjoy being brand damaged as liars!
