My husband upgraded two cell phone contracts on the 13th October, both mine and my son's.
As is the norm, the contracts were upgraded in the 22nd month, rather than at the actual end of the contract. When the November statement arrived I had a number of issues that I queried as certain parts of the old contract are still in effect and others not. Certain parts of the new contract are in effect and others not.
All I want is clarification on these issues and despite going in to the Durbanville branch, despite liaising with Roelandi at your customer service department and following up with both of these on a multitude of occasions, no one is getting back to me.
It seems to me that they feel if they just ignore me, I will shut up and go away.
I don't think so. I will continue to complain and contact every available source in order to get a response from Nashua Mobile. They confirmed that the contract had been incorrectly loaded, but after that the silence has been deafening.
