Still disconected even after paying my account

I would normally brag to my friends and collegues that 8ta is the best network but after my ordeal im confident that i will never recomend to any 1. i was disconected on 18sept. 8ta debited my account on the 30th but im still disconected. @ first i was told that it would take 7-14 WORKING days to get reconnected. after i disputed, i was told to email my proof of payment. i did that 3 TIMES but i STILL havent got feedback AND im still disconected. i have called and emailed them through their website. i have even used their chat line but still im disconnected. the sad thing is i have paid for what im not using. i really dont know what to do now!!!
