Pathetic service and illegal contracts

Sometime in december I went to get a contract for a modem with 2gb in day and 2gb at nite from 12am to 6am for RR149 a month. January I see that I went over the 2gb after the lady said she was going to put a cap on so I don't go over the 2gb and pay a bill! why now did I go over my 2gb limit and who is going to foot the bill for this! I never had this problem with mtn! I knew I should never have gone to vodacom because of their bad service! the sales lady never even explained anything about the contract that its a open contract which I still don't know what that is! I'm in retail and I do contracts for people buying on accounts for R100 000 and the way she handles contract clients is horrible and wasn't open with anything! all I wanted was to have a cap on so I don't go over is that so difficult! now the manager says she doesn't have the tools to do that! and now they can't get back to me as their systems are down for 3 days! pathetic I don't want this contract anymore and its not even a month old and I'm picking up with them already I don't wanna take this further to the CPA for misleading a client and not doing as what was said!
