On a go slow?

Told to go to Midrand head office as was delivered a faulty modem. Wait about 20 minutes only to be told they confirm the modem is faulty but they have no stock and I must go to Cedar square. Currently been at cedar square for an HOUR and still not sorted. How can service take this long??? Seriously disappointed.
