I posted a report here on 25 Oct about the R700 you from me when I changed from a top up to a smart s contract.

I've read my terms and conditions there is NOWHERE I agreed to you from me. Almost two weeks after speaking to your consultants and call centre I'm still waiting for a response!

There's no valid excuse for is there?! This is against the NCA and I will not rest until you're taken to task for it. You've ripped people off for far too long!! I WANT MY MONEY! I'm taking this to the ombudsman.
