I sent numerous requests to MTN to investigate poor to non-existent reception in my area where their competitors easily manage full uninterrupted 3G/HSDA connectivity 24/7! My 10Gb 3G MTN-carrier data bundle has since expired last week, almost completely unused. The only response I got to my request on 26 Sept. to investigate the issue, was a statement that a "coverage coordinator" would contact me, with a ref# (0058115). More than a month has since passed with no coordinator contacting me. An e-mail follow-up sent on 17 Oct., was completely ignored. In desperation I consulted a MTN shop this past weekend in order to speak to someone face-to-face, but their only solution was to advise me to use this forum! I honestly think that a company should be ashamed if their own consultants have to advise people to use this forum merely to obtain customer service!
