I phoned Digital Planet on the 10.10.13 & asked them NOT to delivery my phone on friday as i would NOT be at the office, they should please deliver my phone on Monday 14.10.13, they would phone me back and confirm, this never happened. Friday morning (11.11.13) the delivery guy phoned me and said our offices were closed where am I? Today I phoned and asked why they did not convey the message to their courier company? Tiffany phoned me back and said there was an apparent hi-jacking. PLEASE!!! These call centre agents are lazy and do the bare minimum for their salaries. They are ingenious when it comes to making up excuses for their poor work ethics. Utterly disgusted in their service! This is a proudly South African company, because they reflect exactly the direction in which our country is moving...
