Unable to get through to WFS one line

I have tried on various occasions but especially today. I have sat holding for a consultant on my cellular phone for over 20 mins at a time, only to have to continually hear the adverts and the automated voice assuring me that my call is important to them, but I do not get connected to a consultant. I appreciate that the lines could be busy but there is not even an offer to call back. Who can afford to hold on indefinitely? I also sent two emails to their email address asking for someone to call me back, without success. On a previous occasion, after the same problem, I also emailed them and I got a return call a week later! I need to make use of the service today, not in a week's time. Pls can someone from WWFS advise if there is an alternative contact number which will be answered or can someone call me.
