QUALITY SERVICE DELIVERY DOES NOT EXIST AT MTN

In 2011 I submitted a complaint on this site about extremely poor coverage in our area with regards to Data and voice calls after fruitless attempts to resolve the problem directly with MTN. Our problem was then promptly addressed and Mtn had a subcontractor install equipment at our premises. The voice call problem was solved and so was the data although it is extremely slow.
A few weeks ago the voice call problem started up again and became progressively worse and through process of elimination I traced it to the equipment installed at our premises. I contacted the area coverage call center at MTN and the operator said someone would call me back as there was a conflict on the installation address. No-one called back & out of desperation and business loss I called the company who installed the system. The lady who assisted me was very helpful & confirmed our address & emailed MTN highlighting our problem and huge business loss making the matter rather urgent. No response from MTN. I forwarded her email to MTN to the email address listed on her mail and expressed the problem we have.
To date no response from MTN not even an email saying they are working on the problem.
