I send an email on the 25/10/2013 at 17H12 and no one responded to this as yet. Email was send to [Email Removed] (This email address was sourced from my account) I have asked for someone to please explain "Packet Switched Data calls" and what they are. I would thought that companies would react quickly to their billing enquiries but not MTN. Please can someone explain this on my account.
