I got a blackberry curve over the internet from cell c for my wife. She is an estate agent and relies on clients phoning her. Since she got the phone it just kept on going to voice mail, after complaining a couple of times they told me to change some settings, that didn't work then later they took of her voicemail - that didnt work - now when you phone her you get subscriber unavailable... so now you can't phone her and you can't even leave a voicmail... now only they tell me i have to go to a cell c store and they will see if the phone is really faulty. There isn't even a cellc store in my area thats why i ordered it over the internet. I want a new phone and sim delivered to my house as soon as possibe.
