Bill not being ammended

I had the BIS activated as an extra on my contract.
When my Blackberry broke I cancelled the BIS and was told the last payment for the BIS would be at the end of September. Come the end of October my Debit order goes off and the bill still includes the BIS.

When are you going to wake up and understand what cancel an added service means.
I am not receiving the service so why am I paying for it.
My contracts will most definitely not be renewed.
