BIS supposedly cancelled

I cancelled my BIS service on my contract in September. The I am still paying for the BIS even though it was supposedly cancelled. When I cancelled the BIS I was told that at the end of September I would be paying the final payment for the BIS

This is an extract from an email i received from Rebecca Kodisane I on the 4th November

"As per our telephonic discussion I have advised that BIS deactivation was requested on the 22nd of September 2013.

The final payment for this service will only be invoiced on the 1st of October 2013 however the payment will be deducted on the 1st of November 2013."

Guess what, come the 1st of December I am still paying for a service I have not been able to use since September. I will definitely not be renewing my 2 contracts when they are up next year, and I will be changing my service provider. Virgin Mobile are useless when it comes to their billing, I am tired of being told 1 thing and not having it happen.
