I have 2 contracts with Virgin Mobile since January this year. I have requested that my itemized bill be sent to me via email with the contract that I signed.
Last month I requested from the Cape Gate branch that they send me an itemized bill, which I haven't receivedd.
On the 1st of May I had to phone the call centre to request my itemized bill, as their system was being upgraded.
Until today, I have not received an itemized bill for March or April. According to my contract I am paying for itemized billing, please deliver what I am paying for.
