Now that they have our money, they refuse to help!

My mom had a contract with Mtn which she recently closed. This month MTN debited close to R1900 and not their usual R399. My mom was upset so I called them to ask why. Duduzile refused to send me the statements because "it's in the post" and she claimed that because the account was closed, she could not send them. Then she said she couldnt help me that I must go to the shop and have my query sorted there.

MTN, if you can debit that amount of money and also claim to have a service desk dedicated to help your clients, then you can tell me what happened to that money!!!

Your call centre agents are rude and unprofessional! Their standard response is "go into a shop and ask" what is they point of us calling them then. They are useless!!

I am never going to consciously use MTN again and I will advise everyone I see to use anything but MTN!!! Your service is really disgusting!!!
