This is my second formal complaint about this issue on Hellopeter. Like previously, my live services are being capped to very low speeds where when I do a tracert I get a 2000ms ping between my router and the next router. Countless times this has happened and Im getting sick and tired of this nonsense. I moved over from a capped account to uncapped because of the reason that they told me that LIVE SERVICES ARE NOT CAPPED!!! just p2p and downloads. All my protocols are being shaped to 30% of the 4Mb speed. This is unacceptable in my opinion, as they told me it will not happen this way. My account gets shaped often. My average usage is around 120GB per month where 90% would be live streaming video and online gaming. Im a server admin and need to do remote support for my company, but with an internet connection that gets shaped to 20kbs, its impossible. I then need to drive 100km to work and back to do something stupid that I could've easily done remotely. Getting really tired of this... HORRIBLE!
