I always purchase a prepaid data bundle for internet, this morning I accidently choose an old number from my internet banking resulting in data been sent to another numer. I called and spoke to MTN several times, even though I given them all the details they wont help me!! They cant transfer the data to the correct number..the number it was sent to belongs to no-one..i activate it due to my purchase... and now they acknolege the fact that its been re-activated and that the sim is active but they wont do a simswop for me so I can use my DATA... so MTN has accepted my money but now I cant use it as they wont help me... I have even rica again this morning as hey requested and after I came back they said no they cant do the sim swop for me.
