Did not even explain how to put parts together, ac

On Sunday 27 October 2013 i went to Vodocam shop in Kolonade, Montana, Pretoria to take OUT A CONTRACT for a ipad, the bloke did not explain how to put the parts together, if you phone, the phone always engaged. I phoned today after a week because i want to use the ipad and call centre agent at Vodacom said there is no such contract, he did a prepaid. He was also supposed to cancel my blackberry contract which he did not (0794982663). The sim card he gave me i am uncertain about because it is very small, the booklet does'nt show you decently, and he did not put it on COVTRACT. I am feeling sick at the moment, im 61 yrs old and i feel i cant get an attack because of disappointment in Vodacom, how can they employ such a person??? I received a message from Vodacom on my blackberry ""a vetting application for a new line has been registered again your account nr 10263954. Plse contact dealer nr 21004 on 012 5483037 for queries. VODACOM. They just ASSUME i have the time to rectify their mistakes, as it is they are spoiling my whole weekend.
