I have done upgrades and migrations in store at vodacom world vodacomshop 15 October 2013 were Matsheppo helped me. She said she could not process the migration on the one account due to system problems and she would process it the following day. After I ask her nicely not to forget, she assured me that she would process it. Today 1 Nov 2013 I found that the migration has not been processed. I called customer care and they could not help me and log a service request. Once again I am being put through due to Vodacom's lack of service.
