Saw someone else complain about Axxess DSL this morning, We are having the same issue! No luck getting through to their support line, we've made payment for account renewal yesterday, nothing has been renewed this morning. We've lost one of our biggest clients this morning as a result of the fact that we couldn't renew their accounts on the control panel. (Another client now!!!) Been creating tickets this morning with no feedback yet. This is just unacceptable, we have no feedback for our other clients as well.
Lost a lot of income now as a result of no feedback.
