Been on the phone with Zanele from the Call Center for 16 minutes. Explained my whole query and then be told that I did not answer the questions correctly and cannot be assisted! This is not the first time I have phoned the call center and I have always given my correct answers! The query that I have just needs an answer, it is not even related to an item that needs me to be identified!!!
I upgraded in Aug to a Straightup 100 S4 special with 1gig data. They told me that it is an early upgrade and the I will only get the normal 100meg for Aug/Sep/Oct and then from 1 Nov get the 1 gig as that is the real month for the contract. I will then get 1gig from Nov for 24 months. I only got 100meg today, why and when will it be corrected?
Please don't tell me... will contact me! I need the answer today as I could have had it if the agent was capable! Get someone to phone me and explain it to me today, please!
